System Requirement Studies (SRS):
SRS is done before taking the call of doing implementation and purchasing an ERP packages. The SRS involves detail studies and understanding of Business processes, policies, data flows, data controlling, the organization structures & hierarchy. SRS helps to determine readiness of ERP implementations, change managements, scope & limitations of ERP packages. The scope of implementation can not be judge properly without the SRS. The outcome of SRS will be determining Fitment of Current and expected changes in business practices with the scope of SAP Business one.
